Workshop Description: This class will focus on capturing the essence of your business concept. This will assist in establishing the right foundation for your business by learning about (a.) the type of business entities (partnerships, S-corporations, limited liability companies, etc.), (b.) filing and registration requirements on a federal, state and local level, (c.) insurance and business & personal liability, and (d.) business banking, (e) developing an impactful business plan and (f) utilizing strong business practices.
