This will assist in establishing the right foundation for your business by learning about (a.) the type of business entities (partnerships, S-corporations, limited liability companies, etc.), (b.) filing and registration requirements on a federal, state and local level, (c.) insurance and business & personal liability, and (d.) business banking, (e) developing an impactful business plan and (f) utilizing strong business practices.
