This workshop is part of a 6-part series focused on identifying your vision, goals, target market, value added production opportunities and building resiliency on the farm. This workshop will inform participants on the importance of a strong business foundation and assist them in taking the steps to create that foundation. Participants will state the mission, vision, and values of their business, learn how to measure the success of their business by recognizing the key performance indicators, and learn how to create a strategic plan that will help them achieve the goals of their business.
