About the Course
This workshop is part of a 6-part series focused on identifying your vision, goals, target market, value added production opportunities and building resiliency on the farm. This workshop will inform participants on the importance of a strong business foundation and assist them in taking the steps to create that foundation. Participants will state the mission, vision, and values of their business, learn how to measure the success of their business by recognizing the key performance indicators, and learn how to create a strategic plan that will help them achieve the goals of their business.

Christina Lynch
Christina Lynch is the Chief Executive Officer of Trydent Consulting, LLC and an award-winning consultant with over fourteen years of experience with small businesses and entrepreneurs. She has worked in and with businesses in a wide range of industries including information technology, public relations, high tech start-ups, media broadcasting, construction, beauty, insurance, non-profit organizations, and religious institutions. Her passion is assisting and elevating small businesses through her expertise in accounting, human resources, and risk management, priding herself on the flexibility and non-judgmental approach she has with her clients and business partners.
