Madison Rabens
Program Management Associate
Madison has spent the last five years serving as a program manager for various community programs and non-profit organizations. She has worked alongside elected officials, educators, and families to develop meaningful programs that advance community connections, youth development, and civic engagement. Now, she serves as Trydent’s Program Management Associate, working alongside clients to manage internal organization, administrative tasks, and program development, promotion, and maintenance.
She is currently finishing out her bachelor’s degree at Florida State University, majoring in Environment & Society with a minor in Urban & Regional Planning. She has taken courses in sociology, community development, and leadership, all of which inform her personal style of consulting work.
Madison’s passion lies in helping community-focused programs reach their full potential, with a particular focus on supporting youth and food-access initiatives. She served as a high school speech and debate coach and babysitter for years and has worked mostly with youth-focused non-profits. Much of her undergraduate research has focused on food-access in Florida, and her work with Trydent primarily supports the Frenchtown Neighborhood Improvement Association and their efforts towards creating a more food-secure Tallahassee.
